I was only actually browsing outside. I don't smoke so don't really need any of the goods but I do like the tins they have for tobacco great designs I do collect those x

I ordered two items and paid, but due to staff shortage didn't get a reply. I rang them after a couple of days and the lady was lovely. She checked all was okay and I'm expecting delivery tomorrow. I'll update then.

Quite a good selection but staff often can't tell who was next in the queue thanks to the awkward layout. Can result in tedious waits during busier shopping times.

Amazing shop, the people who work there especially the female is amazing! She goes the extra mile to help out everyone and always gives a respected opinion and not trying to sell it to you just because she wants money she wants a good customer experience so she can get loyal customers.

It's a nice little shop but it's a little hard to take it all in but the staff are very helpful and always make sure you're attended to as soon as you get there, which is nice but if you're new I'd highly recommend you get a good look at the outside before you head in or you'll probably spot something on your way out

Palmed off with absolute junk, not offered receipt. Once you buy wave goodbye to any responsibility on the sellers behalf towards good customer service. More a 'head shop' than a regular smokers shop. Sadly no decent tobacconists around town who would no doubt be much more helpful.

Very nice and cosy place with all sorts of products, ranging from vape liquids to cbd edibles and more! The person working was very friendly and has helped me decide on my purchase.I will definitely be visiting sometime in the future again!
