Kirsty is an amazing coach, highly recommended. I attended several of her workshops as well as a 1 to 1 session with her and I have never been disappointed. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and can introduce a variety of tools to support people. She easily creates a positive and supporting environment to make everyone feel safe and relaxed.

I went along to the Growth workshop and found it to be really valuable. The first thing that we did was a visualisation which really helped me get a better focus on what I wanted to get out of the day, it can be so easy to think you are there for a particular reason then not get out your own way to allow what needs to come through to come through.The structure of the day was really easy to follow and a good mix of discussion, self reflection and writing.Kirsty is a great ball of enthusiasm and positivity and really knows how to bring that out in you.It was fantastic to be in a group of like minded women and I left feeling clear on my goals for the next 4 weeks.I highly recommend working with Kirsty - but only if you want to see results...
