Constantly here for toys and food for my little lan sharks and bearded dragon. The parking is a bit of a nightmare and theres usually quite a long qué but the staff are amazing and you can tell they have a real passion for animals

Dirty tanks, injured fish with ammonia burns and poor rodents with harsh bright LED lights in their enclosures. I was disgusted at how they treat animals.

Whilst the store is convenient, my purchase experience is hardly ever. Cashiers usually spend a while talking to customers and dealing with queries that should be handed over to a store manager so expect to be stuck in a queue for a long time.The website is also showing products in stock which are not available in the store. Often the things you need are out of stock.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Pets at Home! The staff is consistently helpful, and the manager, in particular, is brilliant. She goes above and beyond to assist customers and their pets.My dog absolutely loves going to Pets at Home. Every visit is a treat for him. The friendly atmosphere and the care and attention he receives make it clear that this place truly cares about animals.If you want a place where your furry friend can have a fantastic time and receive top-notch service, This Pets at Home is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Had to come here and do a rushed shop as I had to pick up my cat early, I was able to find everything I needed, having delivery services is nice, but it's a huge benefit having shops like this to browse, and buy emergency essentials when needed

Fantastic Customer Service. We just got our first puppy and we are so grateful for all the support received during our last visit today. We interacted pretty much with every member on shift and they were all very helpful. From our perspective the team seemed to support each other v well and they smoothly moved from being on the tilt, to go and support a customer, to give advice and look after every customer there. All round, incredible team!

Beautiful store haven't been since I got my first two pet rats (weren't from here) was buying some bits and bobs for kitten, the stock was decent but I would recommend some more toys for kittens/cats. :)
