What an asset Red kite is to our town;Thank you to Julian for the recent advice I received.I had a legal matter to seek advice on and hoped I could use a local solicitors first for a quick call for guidance.Julian called me back within 30 minutes, and was very patient with my long winded side of the story! He was very helpful with stating what act applied to the matter, and with two possible routes I could go down independently - plus offering their further assistance if needed.Thank you very much, I won't hesitate to contact Red Kite again when needed, and very much recommend their friendly team.

I Would to say that having contacted Redkite Solicitors to act on my behalf in the purchase of my house i was put through to Claire Hitchings.Due to the amount of trouble that I had with the potential buyers of my house, pulling out, not having a mortgage etc etc, I eventually sold my house and brought my new house.In this time Mrs Claire Hitchings acted extremely professionally and at no time was anything to much trouble. I would undoubtedly use Redkite again in anything i need, especially Mrs Claire Hitchings !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used redkite Stonehouse for conveyancing on a sale and purchase. Previously used the co-op who just flogged it to a cheap call centre style law firm which was a disaster. Redkite were the same price as co-op but standard of service was vastly superior.If you're tempted by bigger companies, I'd advise finding a good local solicitor instead.

A horrible experience when my mother used them to purchase a flat. Exacerbated by the fact that Redkite, Ledbury office acted for the vendor. Very poor service, lack of communication, emails not answered, phone calls not returned, no focus or sense of urgency, delays for no good reason including a month delay when the Ledbury office failed to file a document in a timely fashion. But what really took the biscuit was their reaction when at the conclusion of the transaction advice was needed on a specific legal issue. After more than 2 weeks of chasing for the advice, apparently due to the need for 2 Redkite partners to sign off on it, the result was an incomplete, weak document that essentially advised nothing. On top of which Redkite had the gall to issue an ultimatum: sign a waiver releasing us from any and all liability under the relevant statute or we will cease to act and do nothing more. After months and months just as we were about to complete!! Of course, we had no choice but to sign or we would have lost the flat. Solicitors are supposed to be professionals and are paid to give legal advise. Not to evade doing so. It was shocking.

Absolutely dreadful...if we could leave a minus rating that's all Red kite deserve. My motherattempted to make a will in August 22 and still has not recieved the final draft as of July 23. The solicitor in question never phones back despite numerous calls. She has now decided to make a new will elsewhere. £ 250 for nothing!

DO NOT USE THESE TIME WASTERS. 8 weeks to send over a draft contract, lying to their client about just how much they have done. The fact they have zero organisation and do not communicate with the sellers solicitors, vendors or even between themselves. Save yourselves the time effect and stress and go somewhere else for all you conveyancing needs. If I could give negative stars I would.

The Transfer of Equity on my property took longer than the initial purchase. There was a gap of several weeks between instruction and actually hearing anything back!Their communication was awful even by solicitors standards: phone calls regularly not returned and email responses were either several days later or sometimes simply ignored.I tried to formally complain, which did get things moving, unfortunately it resulted in a frantic phone call from the original solicitor who clearly took it as a personal attack.

Rang 2 weeks ago for a quote to close down a will trust. No one got back to me and when I tried phoning today it just rang out. Not a good experience all round. If that's what they're like before you even do business with them, then best avoided.
