Fantastic, knowledgeable, and just a wonderful experience every time. I've been going to see Nicola for over a year, both pre and post natal, and I always leave feeling better. Her studio is clean and comfortable, and she caterers to your individual needs.

Although the back/leg pain that I’d been experiencing for many months had dissipated. I felt that a visit to Nicola would be beneficial as she’d been recommended.Just talking about my issues she noticed things that no other practitioner had beforehand and was very clear in what she thought was cause.Treatment was excellent she talked through the treatment at all times.So 2 days on I do genuinely do feel loser in lower back/leg area. Nicola is simply amazing. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and her treatment has been excellent every time I have been to her. She has treated me pre/during and post pregnancy and every time I see her I think I should book my next massage as I feel so much better after it. Nicola is absolutely amazing at what she does. I went to her with a back issue where I could barely walk without pain, after 1 session I felt a difference. After 2 I could move around again with much more freedom. The after care is brilliant and she gives great tips to continue on with at home to help keep the improvement going. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!

I was so pleased when I found Nicola so close to home. I've had a fair few massages from Nicola now and every time they have been excellent. When visiting after covid, she went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable, adhered to all current guidelines and I felt extremely safe visiting during this strange time. I sustained a shoulder injury over lockdown so it's great to have her back! (Even though she did kindly provide a distanced self-massage class across her lawn in the midst of lockdown - thank you Nicola!) You can't go wrong here :).

I was recommended to Nicola via Apex Athletic [very good PT by the way].I found Nicola very welcoming and professional. She asked me about any current injuries and catered my treatment to accommodate this.Her knowledge is incredible and she talked it through during my session.Nicola's communication is fantastic as well, and kept me updated right up to the appointment.I left feeling brand new, and I have booked up for a monthly session to keep me feeling brand new.

The therapeutic massage - with beautiful smelling essential oils and amazing hot stones - was just what my sore neck and shoulders needed. I felt so relaxed afterwards and in much less pain. Nicola is also very lovely!

I have had 2 major surgeries in the space of 4 months. The resulting scars have caused restricted movement and discomfort. I made contact with Nicola. She was very responsive to my initial enquiry. Her online booking system was really simple to use. Her follow up communications were comprehensive. I was late for the appointment and she was very relaxed about this. I found her approach calming, empathetic and compassionate and had a real sense she actually cared for her customers. She didn't have an appointment after and made up the time I was late. She did a mix of scarwork and massage. I left being able to stand straight and had boundless energy for the remainder of the day. A few weeks later I still had better mobility than when I first went. I have booked a second appointment and feel confident this is going to play a noteable part in my regaining my health. Can't recommend highly enough.
