Car broke down on day 3 after purchase. Recovered. Broke down again on day 10 and had confirmation from the RAC that it had an engine fault... it still drove, but was making a lot of noise and wasn't right.Contacted JM motors to see if they would refund or repair the car - all I received was verbal abuse and threats and they wouldn't help.It ended up me having to contact a small claims court to try and resolve the issues. More phone calls and abusive language was thrown my way.. a week later, the car was stolen from outside my house... how ironic.Avoid like the plague!

I bought my ford focus from here had it 4yrs now, I have no complaints and still have it. Looking to upgrade if they have the car I want I will be purchasing from here.
