I contacted Neil Crunkhorn when I had problems with my Webasto campervan fridge. Neil was very helpful and professional over the phone and clearly understood the issues. He obtained replacement parts although in the end he solved the problem without needing to use them. The fridge is clearly a complex appliance and is now working ( in the South of France!!) better than ever. I would highly recommend him..
