Navin was extremely helpful with my quote. After having a terrible experience at the Whitley Wood branch where the guy rudely offered me £1300 less than my online valuation (even though the car was mint and not a mark on it), I popped over to Wokingham where he actually talked me through the process and actually offered me more than my online valuation. He sorted out the outstanding finance and the service is more like what I’d expect. Thank you.

Frustrating when you take an hour out of your day to take the vehicle there for an appointment, only for them to decide that for some technical reason (which I couldn't get my head around) the value was decreased by £6,000 and this was definitely nothing to do with the condition of the vehicle. Complete waste of time.Shame they didn't work this out before as they had all the vehicle details beforehand and knew i was coming with it.
