Turboventure

We had a ball!! Great contact to book, then 5 months later we confirmed our date and paid and then we received our voucher in the post. We loved it! Trish (birthday girl) was the driver and 3 of us were passengers! It was a great fun day! Thank you Richard for a fab day!

We had a fun 5 hours with 4 teenagers. Raffle shooting was a great success and then we all took a turn blindfolded driving the big red Land Rover. Richard and Callum were really friendly, knowledgeable and made it a fun day for all. Would definitely recommend for a different experience was a great day. Thanks

The shooting experience was booked for my 12 year old sons birthday. He is mad keen on things military related. This experience was a fantastic gift for him made by the kindness and professionalism of Richard, Ben & Oscar. We were given great instruction on the models of weapons used and how to use them correctly and safely. I can definitely see my son and I having more experiences like this. Thank you very much to all.

Had a fantastic afternoon for a stag do with Turboventure. We started with some clay shooting - excellent instruction for a small group of novices even if most of the group didn’t manage to hit anything!We then had a little tour of Richard’s barn, which was a great surprise and addition to the day, really enjoyed the stories.Then a great afternoon on the Jungle Challenge- Richard and Sam were great instructors and really got us to use the quads. We got stuck, unstuck and stuck again!Would highly recommend and can’t wait to get something else booked with Turboventure in the near future!!

Richard, and the team are brilliant, really fun adventure, partook in the blind driving and the quads jungle adventure after storm arwen, trail blazing roots through the jungle was ace, really Great Instruction from Ben and Oscar, really down to earth great stag do activity. Richard was really helpful at organising transport too.

I found it frustrating to book. I bought a Wowcher for a tank ride for my son's birthday end of June. I called at the beginning of the year to book and was told to call back after March as that would be when the tank would be used. I called after March and they then explained that the tank would only be used on specific days and that the dates were not set and I would have to call again after the next ride at the beginning of June - I was hoping to book something near his actual birthday. So I called for a third time and eventually booked for July 2nd. When we arrived I felt that it was completely forgotten about as there were young men on a stag do already using the area, and they said ah you must be indi" - some other person I assume. It was obvious that the ride was forgotten about as they stated if a specific young man was not there then we wouldn't have been able to do the thing we booked and already paid for

A well deserved 5++ stars. Both Richard and Oscar were excellent and entertaining instructors and guides. The quad bike jungle experience was superb - super challenging. Starting with easy training in large open fields, before moving into the forest with deep swampy moguls, made it all a great experience. Got stuck a couple of times but with Oscars heroic help and our perhaps less heroic help, got clear and a little muddier and wiser.. Plenty of variety of terrain in the forest though, so something for all levels of ability.Also had a go at the target shooting. A great range of rifles to use from iron sights to telescopic bi-pods with again expert guidance.All in all, a fantastic fun day for the whole family (young adults), and highly recommended.Richard - thanks also for the tour of the military vehicles - fascinating.

Absolutely fantastic day hosted by the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable Richard. I took a stag party up to do some clay pigeon shooting, have a fascinating look around a private collection of military vehicles and then finish off with some rifle shooting. Absolutely recommend this for a great day out.

Honestly nothing other than top class from Richard and the team.The clay pigeon shooting wasn’t rushed, the tuition was expert guidance, great fun and everyone had a smashing time.Both our hosts were lovely, Richard stopped by after his other appointments to catch up with us then give us a tour of his excellent collection.Best money I’ve spent in ages.
