I paid to have two pendants attached together (with silver) for a necklace, but it was very poor workmanship. It wasn't done properly, so one of the pendants kept facing the wrong way. I regret paying for it. Then, after 3-4 months it completely fell apart. The guy in the shop was also very unfriendly and cold. And lastly, they don't even have a particularly good collection of jewellery either. Very terrible service on the whole. EDIT: I see the jeweller has responded below... so it appears he's also a liar. I've now attached a photo as proof, so now he must feel very silly indeed. Accusing your customers of writing fake reviews is absolutely pathetic and you should be ashamed.

I needed my ring altering. The owner of this shop gave me some great advice. They are professional and affordable. I was worried how much it would cost but for the quality of work, it's amazing value. And you can talk through options to suit budget. The repair was done in house, not sent away which is something I personally prefer. So huge thumbs up. Top repair beautifully done. I also got some rings cleaned and again, done in house, not sent away, and they looked like brand new and it brought them back to life. Thanks! Highly recommend and I won't go anywhere else.

Took in my wedding band to be stretched 2 sizes. Very happy with the result and the ring was also polished up beautifully. I found Nick very friendly, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. Price very reasonable too. Thanks

Took jewellery in for mending. Also a watch for a new battery (which a chain jeweller always insisted I had to have it sent back to the makers, at a high charge) - Artielli charged me a very reasonable fee. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the service. I will continue to use.

We needed our daughter's necklace repaired urgently for a trip abroad. The owner was fully booked but said he would do his best. He was in fact able to fix it before our trip. His charge was also very reasonable and he was courteous throughout. Excellent service - highly recommended!

I Googled local jewellery repairs and found this place. We had four bracelets that needed some TLC - two were fixed on the spot with no charge, and the other two were taken in to have some more extensive work done. I received a text within a few days to confirm that the repairs were complete, and when we picked them up, they were in better condition than when they were purchased! Not only were the repairs brilliant, but the bracelets were polished to shinier than I’d ever seen them!

Exceptional service. We needed our son’s new signet ring resized quickly as he was moving abroad the next day. Even though it was a Saturday, Artielli managed this and we were able to pick up three hours later. I’ve been using Artielli for years for jewellery repairs and would never go anywhere else. Prices are fair and work is excellent.

Very professional service. Had a filigree wishbone ring made bigger for my daughter. Was told it would be a week but was ready before that. Received a text message to pick it up. Really pleased with the end result. Staff very pleasant. Will definitely use again!

We came to Nic with an old engagement ring that belonged to my late mother in law. From this he designed and made two beautiful rings. The service and craftsman ship are second to none. We will only be using Artielli in the future. 10/10
