Theirs always one subject everyone is weak in an you think you will never pass it an want to give up which I personally have experienced in maths I didn't think I would ever pass any level however if it wasn't for this women who stood by me an pushed me by saying you can do it I wouldn't of passed one of my maths qualifications last week I'm forever grateful to Naheed she motivated me and bought my strength back into me to not lose hope in anything you want to achieve

It's a very good and perfect centre, I say that for many reasons and I will mention some of them:1- The teachers are qualified, stimulated, punctual, competent, diligent and shrewd.2- The receptionists are friendly, lovely and helpful in addition they are always smile, they do their best to help the students and the new visitors.3- The supportive staff are friendly, helpful and perfect.4- The way of teaching is perfect and supportive.5- The tutorials are fabulous and great to discuss about difficulties and targets.6- The building is spotless, tidy and organized.7- The students are polite; listen to each other and respect their beliefs and views without being judgemental.

I called to get some inf The receptionist was very rude either she hates her job or she had bad day and shouting at me to take her anger out or the wrong person has been employed to do this job I don't want to go and study where people like her are working no respect no manners she made me very sad and Iam not going to do my course because of her

This centre needs a refurb. It's a dump!

I love this centre .I kinda start my English classes from this centre so i really recommend anyone who want to start English classes .This is an excellent centre for a fresh start .

I completed my nvq level 2 in childcare here. It was an enjoyable experience but was hard work too. It wasn't easy juggling family life and studying. My tutor was amazing and I learnt a lot with her help and guidance. Thank you Sonia if you didn't push me I wouldn't have reached my full potential :)

I highly recommend to enroll for ESOL English for people who would like to improve their English language. I have been on the course for 1,5 year and I learned so much.Its very beneficial! The tutor is very friendly,kind,patient with the students and makes sure the students improve. You will like it! Believe me!

They don't have evening classes for working learner and ECDL evening session over all lovely English teacher I loved it

Wouldn't recommend this place. Started a course and after about a month was told they needed to get rid of people because the course was over subscribed. Still got funding from the government no doubt. Mess about place with teachers that covertly hate the local residents and often make jokes about Sparkhill

I remember when joining the first time with them, the receptionist didn't know if there were enrolling or not. The staff are really rude and the teachers love brushing things under the carpet when issues flare up in class. Courses are all aimed at females with kids as they assume everyone like me want to do morning courses. The place is very outdated, noisy; filthy and the teaching is very poor as well as the management.
