I had a really amazing time at Bijou Bridal Wear - Marzieh was so friendly and helpful! I felt so relaxed trying on bridal dresses, not to mention the shop was just beautifully done up and had such an exclusive feel to it. You really feel like a VIP there! Couldn't have asked for more. :)

One of the best bridal shoppig experiences you could have! I went with my family and bridesmaids, there were 8 of us, we all literally felt so comfortable and at ease being at Bijou's. The setting itself looked amazing and beautiful!I tried on so many dresses and each time I put a new one on I felt absolutely great as I had a full explanation about the dress, how it did or did not compliment parts of my body and skin shade and I could be completely honest about what I did like and what I didn't like without any hesitation. To be honest all of the dresses were stunning in their own way. We all had so many laughs and was truly treated like we VIPs. I would recommend all brides to visit Bijour Bridal wear! Thank you for a lovely experience :)

I had a fantastic experience at Bijou Bridal Wear today. Maz met us at the door prepared with my name and offered us a nice drink, then talked me through what I knew about what I wanted in a dress. She showed me all the dresses she had out, we pulled out several that she thought fit my description, and then we started trying them on. She was really good at taking my feedback and using it to find other dresses in her stock that didn't fit my original description but were even more what I was actually looking for. I had a great time, and I can't recommend Bijou Bridal Wear enough! Maz made the whole experience a lot of fun, and it was great to know that pretty much everything in there was going to fit me or be too big instead of not going on at all.

What a wonderful experience! This was my first time dress shopping and it couldn't have been more wonderful. I was really nervous - as a plus-size girl, wedding dress shopping can be really daunting, but I was made to feel like a princess and there were so many dresses available for me to try on - it was fantastic! I felt totally relaxed, happy and beautiful! Thank you so much, Bijou Bridal Wear - now I just have to choose which one to buy!

From the moment I stepped through the door, Maz was simply amazing, her customer service is amazing, she is friendly and caring. Maz has a vast range of dresses available and I was inundated with options, which has not been the case in other stores considering I am of plus size. The plus size range at bijou is endless, such great styles that don't look like curtains, but make you feel like a bride should do on her special day. Maz was so helpful and went through various style options with me before trying somethings on... I was set on a dress from my first appointment and after a second app and trying on some others I managed to choose my dress. Maz has kepr me up to date with the progress of my dress and also helped me with alternative accesories. Maz and her family are absolutely wonderful and provide a bespoke service. My appointment was just for me no other clients so all attention was on me which made it so much easier, as body conscious as I am, Maz made me feel extremely comfortable and I would recommend her to anyone not just plus size ladies. Maz made this stressful process well completely stress free and actually enjoyable. The shop is also beautifully laid out and nicely designed.

When we first arrived outside the shop, as we explained to Maz, we were quite worried ahaha! The shop front does not do this beautiful, chic, Alice in wonderland, welcoming and beautiful bridal shop justice!!My mum, myself and our friend Janet felt so welcomed instantly felt at ease, so much so took our shoes off and made ourselves comfortable! While tea was made we had a look through the dresses! Even though this shop was plus size, Maz made sure that my mum was able to try on every dress that she liked, meaning that she was able to find her dream wedding dress, one that she didn't ever think she would fall in love with!!Had a lovely time with lots of giggles! Meaning we spent nearly 2hours talking with Maz, my mum trying on dresses and getting excited about her big day next year! You have made my mum the happiest ever and I'm so glad I made that last min search on google and gave Maz a ring because it was fate!I'll definitely be back to Bijou once my other half proposes because I don't think I'll be able to find such a welcoming lady, with such beautiful wedding dresses.Thank you for a lovely evening Maz!! What an AMAZING experience. LOVED it. Beautiful shop and stunning selection of dresses. Unlike anything out there and Maz was so friendly and helpful. She was so patient. I was so stressed and indecisive but she wasn't pushy and nothing was too much trouble for her. She let me make my own decision in my own time. LOVED the whole service so much that I also got my second dress from her. The alteration team were brilliant. Quick, helpful with fabulous prices. Even though my dresses were samples size 18 and 20 but they turned them into two stunning gowns size 12!! Honestly they are magicians. Can not recommend them enough. The shop is stunning. You'd have to see it for yourself. The entire shop was at my disposal unlike other bridal shops where they tend to multiple brides. Such a unique experience. If I could buy all my dresses from them I would. Thank you so much Bijou Bridal Wear and Bijou Tailoring for making my dream come true and the bespoke bridesmaid dresses look gorgeous. Thank you!!!!

Absolutely incredible shop and woman behind it. The most stunning collection of dresses I have seen for the curvy lady. A collection that actually makes you fall in love with the dresses and make you feel stunning. So many shops out there either make you feel huge cos the sample are too small, or have such an awful collection of dresses in larger sizes that make you just want to walk down the aisle in a tracksuit. Every last dress at Bijou is beautiful I struggled to decide on one, wheras in other shops it was a case of picking the best of a bad bunch. Maz was incredible from start to finish and her mum is the seamstress who is possibly one of the most incredible women I have ever met and I could not thank enough for what they did for me. I lost quite a bit of weight before the day, but bijou went out of their way working round the clock to make sure I looked amazing on the day and ensure the dress fitted like it had been custom made for me. Thank you thank you thank you xxxx

Maz was very friendly and helpful and the one" happened to be a size held in stock. I chose the dress over a year before the wedding (nothing like being prepared!) and Bijou Bridal are keeping it and my beautiful veil safe until the time comes for final fitting. I can't wait to wear my dress on my big day.They have a wide range of dresses in stock and I'd recommend any bride fed up of not being able to try on sample sizes to give Bijou Bridal a try."
