We have just had Chicoco finish their work at our home and I need to let you know just how impressed we have been with the outcome. From their arrival on day one I was very impressed with their appearance, all looking very smart in matching Chicoco uniforms and the good first impression was amplified by their attention to detail in all their preparations that was meticulous. They took their time ensuring that the actual spraying of the ceiling was faultless. They are not the cheapest by any means but you get what you pay for and by paying a little more you get a totally professional finish carries out by an amazing team. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain the process. They also sorted out my amateur attempts at making holes in walls and hung a piece of art that I could not have done myself. Would highly recommend and 5 stars all the way!

We had the whole property inside repainted and Wayne and his team kindly also completed some exterior render work for us (was not part of the original job but made time to complete this while with us). I purchased a property in Cornwall at the end of last year, in much need of some TLC.I enlisted Chicoco as Local Painters and Decorators, based in Truro.They decorated the whole of the inside of the house and garages, all whilst managing various trades people coming in and out of the property.We couldn’t be more pleased with the work Wayne and Stuart have put into the property. They have the patience of saints.They were professional and efficient. We got regular updates throughout the project, as we were not on site.We loved the videos of the work as it progressed, which were a big help.Will definitely recommend them to anyone wanting high quality work, competitively priced.

5* aren't enough to describe the service of Wayne and team. They are a professional, slick team who engaged with us from start to finish. They are a friendly bunch and we couldn't have asked for a better quality job - so pleased with the overall finish of the house and they were very clean and tidy the whole time they were here. They were really accommodating with our working from home as well. We will definitely use them again when we need any other painting done and would not hesitate to recommend.

Wayne and the team at Chicoco have done an amazing job at a very reasonable price. In less than two weeks the team painted every wall, ceiling and all wood work along with some outside render. The work was to a fantastic standard and given that I’m very particular that says a lot! We really enjoyed getting to know the team, they were all extremely friendly. They were also very patient with us as we were still living in the house with our two dogs whilst the works were completed. The team were very respectful to us, our home and belongings and very professional with the whole team of 5 arriving to start working at 8am every day. I would 100% recommend Chicoco and we will be contacting Wayne next year for some more external works.

We wanted the exterior of our property redecorated in a different colour. Wayne came to view our property and within a couple of days provided a detailed quote. We had three quotes and whilst Chicoco weren't the cheapest, their communication was superb from start to end. They did exactly what they said they'd do - turned up at 8am, worked all day and finished the job in the quoted timescale. The quality of workmanship was superb and with great attention to detail. This is a high quality company which provides a high quality service. I would and have recommended them without hesitation.

Would highly recommend chicoco decorating and property care, their attention to detail was fantastic from the preparation right through to the finish result. The room had a lot of issues to deal with after the removal of fitted wardrobe, ceiling rose and some textured walls, but now looks stunning . Wayne and his staff were always punctual, worked quietly, efficiently and tidied up after themselves every day.

We had a number of maintenance jobs on our holiday let which needed completing before new guests arrived. Having spoken with Wayne at Chicoco, I emailed a list of jobs. I received a quotation within a number of days , and then upon instructions to proceed , the work was completed promptly. Dealing with Chicoco was very straight forward , the costs are all very clear and the work completed by the proposed date to a good standard. Overall I am very impressed with the service Chicoco offer - very responsive and professional

What a professional outfit! Wayne and the team did an amazing job for us further to moving into our new property. Not only was the standard of work at the highest level, but we received regular updates, the work was completed within timescales (even with some other unanticipated issues, and I am sure the property was tidier when post job than at the start of the job!! Wayne is just brilliant and from the moment we contacted Chicoco we knew we were in good hands - not only does Wayne do a brilliant job of managing the work / team, but he is also more than happy to provide very useful advice where he can.
