We were then told by another member of staff, we don't demonstrate that in store because it takes too long/it's more complicated than it looks".By contrast

Bought a pram and toddler carseat for my son at Trafford Centre.Had a wonderful experience. Staff especially Steff, Nida and Jake were very helpful. Nida was knowledgeable and polite. She helped and explained me the products.

Visited the store at Trafford Centre today - Nida was very helpful and answered all our questions. As first time parents, all the options can become too overwhelming, and she was very understanding and patient.

Just wanted to thank Steph W at the Trafford center store for all her help!She was absolutely amazing and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and talked us though all our options for a new pram. She made sure it suit both mummy’s needs for looks and baby’s need for comfort. She really is an assist to your company and offered amazing old fashioned customer service.

Don't bother, go to John Lewis instead. Heard staff members laughing about my questions, lied to by managers about adding items to orders because they wanted to manipulate their sales stats, and then they changed my delivery address to the wrong house and had £2300 of items to a strangers house. Fortunately that person was honest and returned to items to me. Trafford Centre branch is run by morons.But maybe I am the fool as I actually went back to that store.I have visited three times, and each time had an experience worse than the last...

Went to buy things with are daughter for are First grandchild. Laura helped us navigate through the enormous amount of baby things. She couldn't have been more helpful and patient, and made the experience wonderful. Thank you so much Laura

I visited the store on 29th June. Decided on my purchase of a baby gym. On my last visit I was asked if I wanted my purchase gift wrapped. So when I went to the till I asked if it could be wrapped The assistant looked at me and started to laugh. I said i will be wrapping it , so was only asking .She laughed again and said no one else has asked . I was so disgusted by her attitude, I said don't bother I don't want the item , it rude to laugh at a customer when it was a genuine request. If she had said , I am sorry we dont, but she was dismissive and rude.I left the store without my purchase and bought it from John Lewis instead . I am stillso cross with the way I was treated and based on how I am feeling right now will probably never use your store again.

This was our first visit to this store as we are due only in January. Nida was extremely helpful, informative and shown us all the things what we should look for in all the equipment what we will need for our baby. Although we haven't purchased anything and we stated this at the beginning she still spent a lot of time with us explaining everything.I can only recommend this store and we will definitely revisit it closer to our due date.

Such great customer service from Alicia! Took her time to show us the M&P stroller set and explained how everything works in great detail. Would recommend!
