The staff here are lovely but the manager is rude, condescending and belittling to customers and the staff who work there..if I could give this place 0 stars I would.. absolutely appalling..avoid this place!

Went in here for the first time as Pets at Home have gone down hill in their supply of wild bird feed. Very surprised to find the same quality of feed as Pets at Home and bought a 20kg bag for the same price as a 12.5 kg bag at Pets at Home so guess who is stopping going to Pets at Home! Golden Hill have a great range of animal feed and no I'm not getting paid for this!

Easy parking, very helpful staff who always offer to carry things for everyone not just us oldies!! Competitively priced and they hold a LOT of different brands etc. I wish they were nearer to me!! Thanks guys & gals.

Nice selection of pets and other animals supplies.Prices are fair and staff is friendly and very helpful.The shop can look a little bit messy/overcrowded but is impressive as you can basically find anything pet related, especially cats and dogs. I would definitely recommend.

Staff absolutely Brilliant…. Manager/Boss is a disgusting Vile Bully who picks on his staff humiliating them in front of customers, shouting and swearing at them just because he has small man syndrome… I confronted him after a shocking out burst at a young female staff member leaving her visibly upset … I was told to stay out of it and was told “ I will speak to who I want how I want” I pointed out to him “ would he like it if someone spoke to his wife or daughter in that manner”He is a vile Bully and should be avoided!!!!!!!!!!!!

Massive range of pet products and well stocked! Difficult to find what you’re after, but just ask for help and they are more than happy to. Very good price for a good quality cat litter in large bags, Internet betting prices! If you have a lot of products or heavy items they are always happy to help take them to the car as well! Great service.
