I highly recommend Autowheels of Dartford to any new buyer or existing owner of a motorcycle for its amenable, easy and trustworthy service.Michael is a pleasure to deal with, and although living a bit far from the shop I would not doubt to come back for their advice and services. Absolutely brilliant. If you are looking to buy a bike and want to buy it with confidence then Autowheels is definitely the place. I could not recommend them more. From just popping in to ask some general questions about buying a new Peugeot tweet 50 to ordering it and picking it up I couldn’t fault Michael and his team. There was absolutely no pressure sales. I was given all the time and advice I needed to make a decision. I did have a small oil leak just over two months after I brought the bike but contacted Michael and he told me to bring the bike back at my earliest convenience and within a few days all was fixed and even better no charge as all was done under warranty. It’s nice to know that if you do get a problem your not fighting to get it resolved. If I could give more stars I would. This is definitely the place to go for a non pressurised, honest service with a 5 star after sales if you want to buy a bike. Thank you Autowheels.

Took bike to Michael for a bulb change he also checked my oil level, back break and tyre pressure very happy with service and very recommended

I was helped by Michael when the gear stick of my bike had fallen off, despite them being a scooter dealer. Absolute pleasure to have been assisted by him and I highly recommend this place. He was extremely kind and I wouldn't think twice to go back.

First time getting a bike at ripe old age of 49!!Michael was brilliant with advice and bought 50cc and all the kit for a great deal/price.He warned me that the 50 would end up being too slow for me and guess what he was totally right !!!I have now booked a CBT and already ordered the new bike with Michael and he has given a great part exchange and not taken advantage of me at allI cannot recommend Autowheels or Michael enough. Brilliant personal service from the dying breed of family run businessesUPDATElights stopped working on bike. Quick phone call to Michael and said come straight down. All fixed immediately and all the better under warranty. Great service yet again. Oh and yes he reminded me he does tyres after I paid too much elsewhere!!!!

I've struck gold.If you want to read my life story then continue, if you just want to know if these are a good place to go for your scooter then the answer is a huge resounding YES.I own a Piaggio MP3 500 LT. I needed a new rear wheel as it was bald and I know I would most likely need a service once I had this years MOT. I searched around before finding this place and no one would deal with my scooter. I spoke to Autowheels and had a wheel on order within minutes.Autowheels didn't do my MOT I went elsewhere and once my scooter failed I spoke to Autowheels again and straight away they said they would service the bike as well when my wheel was being replaced, I swear you could tell he was busy and knew he wouldn't have the time but managed to squeeze me in to make sure I was OK.Scooter all fixed within a day? They even gave my an oil change as it was pretty much running on fumes (and I'm being generous with the fumes) They rung me the next day and even looked after it until the day after as I was busy when they rung. I've since spoken to them again to look at arranging for a good proper full service (so all the nitty gritty hard bits these bikes have) and have been given honest advice.All the phone calls and all the talks in person were like I had know them forever, so incredibly friendly, honest and upfront and no BS.If you're looking for a repair, a service or anything for your scooter then come here and you won't be disappointed. I'll never look for another place again for my bike.
