Found a chicken / or some hard bone in my soup. Sent some of the bone off to them. Was told I would hear back and heard nothing. Poop customer service, very poor QC and one I will not be buying in future. I'm just glad I found it before swallowing it.Update. Now received a response and informed me of what checks that had in place. Also sent some free samples as a gesture of good will. So put them up the 3 stars.

Disappointed to see that the list of ingredients in my Green Curry included palm oil. It's the largest driver of Indonesian deforestation, which destroys habitat, especially of Orangutans and contributes to climate change.

The loading staff fantastic. This very kind man loading me now before going home. That's kind because he didn't have to do that. Shame about the so-called larger gentleman on the security gate. He shouldn't judge others by his own base standards. I've been a truck driver for 30 years now and there aren't so many places where you DON'T put your hazards on while driving round sites

A bit of a wait in here, (2hours) but once they started working they got the job done pretty quickly. And the forklift driver was friendly!

Mighty Mug Shot... Pasta CajunWhat on earth has happened to the flavouring on this product... Its just Bland and tasteless...I used to love it, the sauce was delicious but there's hardly any sauce at all.... Will not be buying again... 100%Disappointed

Didn't answer when Email was sent.Took money out of my bank account for something I did not ask for.Two months they did this.Bank repaid the £22. but couldn't for the month before which was £12 approx.Be aware.

The Naked Noodle" line of food is terrible and the packaging is not even close to the contents of the product in appearance. One taste and into the trash it went. I would consider rethinking the concept and go back to the drawing board on this one. Maybe market a more accurate packaging and call it cardboard flavored. Hope this helps."
