Great service, very fast and professional. They didn't have the part I needed but got it in 24hours. They made sure that the exact part was ordered, checking serial numbers etc. When I need a part in future I know where I'm going!

Not happy with this company. They sent me the wrong parts then when i sent them back they wouldnt process a full refund. They didnt even fully cover the cost of posting the parts back. I rang in and emailed a few times but still didnt get full refund. Wont be using these lot ever again.There explanantion is that the part had grease on it... The mecanic realised it was the wrong part after trying to fit it. How is that my fault? I was charged for labour and my car wasnt even fixed. Then these guys cant even refund me cos its got grease on it. what a joke

Excellent - phoned to see if I could get next day delivery on an ABS sensor for my car... The chap who answered the phone didn't want to take payment until he was 100% sure it was the right part - I gave him my REG etc and he spent some time phoning around to confirm it was definitely the right part before sending it out to me, and it did indeed arrive next day - TOP Service!

kind friendly staff, very helpfull willing to go the extra mile to check that the part i needed was the correct one, was goint to have it posted but as it was local they suggested that i could colllect. a really proffessional service will definatly use again.

Sold me a part 13 months ago. It failed and I contacted customer services and got the CEO of the company (I think it's probably a very small operation) replied stating that as there is only a 12 month warranty he wasn't going to do anything about it. A bigger company would just apologise, send out a replacement, gain a loyal customer and a five star review. Not Hakan in his lock up at World" Car Parts."
