We received fantastic service late at night when the public entrance to the shop was closed. We were staying nearby & wanted to buy a bunch of things - milk, drinks, snacks etc & the poor attendant was running around collecting all these things we wanted, checking with us that he had picked the right products, asking if we preferred one packet over another type. He was the best late night service at a garage we've ever experienced. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Garage has ridiculous no entry signs which are for HGVs, very confusing as I drove round in circles for a bit... otherwise all fine, petrol seems to make my car go like petrol is supposed to.

Why have a member of staff working a night shift on the night pay window that is as deaf as a door post, takes 20 minutes to get his attention then a further 10 minutes for him to understand what you want, I have stopped using this petrol station because of it. Fair enough it isn’t his fault he is dead but don’t put him on the bloody night shift

One cannot compare these services here for example with Fleet or Winchester services because these services provide civilized + clean toilets. In another word I would be very happy if I never return to this place again.... no no no I won't miss it. So if u r concerned about hygiene u wd look 4somewhere else to go.

Used the toilets while we were here and one bloke warned me not to use the other one because it was disgusting and no toilet paper so used the other one. Looks like someone has been peeing in he corner and it was disgusting.. the toilet, basin and floor has not been cleaned at all. Considering everywhere should be Cleaned anyway, even more with covid it was a disgrace. Have photos but won't let me post them. Avoid!!

We have been coming here all week before 5am for Costa Coffee. The guy serving is always happy, has a smile on his face, and nothing is too much trouble. He's on his own so everything has to be done through the night hatch. He's a credit to SHELL. Give this man a payrise.

Now open 24 hrs 7 days a week and normally with a good prie for the fuel. However often problems with the till and credit cards. So hope they dont have a problem when your there
