Went back to Jonny a few months after having done a successful 3 month transformation with him prior to Xmas 2021. This time we stripped it back to one session per week and loads of dietary & training support. Again fantastic results and pleasure to work with - easy to integrate into a v busy lifestyle !

Before training with Jonny I was struggling with confidence getting back in the gym (hadn’t trained for 2 years+ due to health issues and then pregnancy) and felt like I had no structure to my workouts. Now, I look forward to getting in the gym each week, love the structure of the sessions and how they are designed to build strength, this makes me feel like I’m working towards something that’s not just physical.Jonny is not one of those trainers who only cares for the hour you’re in a session, he’s there to support and encourage throughout the week with multiple check-ins and is always sending snippets of inspiration which really keep me feeling motivated!

Great PT, encourages you to keep going, takes your thoughts into account to work where you’re comfortable but pushes you to reach goals. Would defo recommend to anyone looking for a PT
