I received the bouquet of flowers already withered. As advertised, it will be delivered as bud of flowers! I was so furious that I put it in the bin straight away and bought another bouquet in Tesco which is more fresh and beautiful for more than half a price of what I paid for this company. I contacted their customer service but they response is:Thank you for your email . Based on photographic evidence we are unable to fulfill your request in regards to refund. As a gesture of goodwill we can offer you replacement bouquet-please kindly advise?We apologise for any inconvenience caused. “This company will never get a returning customer if they do business like this!

MOULDY FLOWERS THAT STINK!!!You only need 5 minutes online to see how disgusting this company is morally and with the products they send out.I’ve requested a refund after these birthday flowers arrived stinking and covered in mould which is well spread and advanced spores! Revolting.

Lovely site with so many options of beautiful flowers and gifts at great prices. Absolutely beautiful on arrival. Informed when being delivered and the time they was delivered.

I ordered these flowers for my daughter who has passed , birthday ,so they really mean a lot to me. They arrived exactly on time and we're absolutely stunning. Vibrant colours and a mixture of flowers and so reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again .

Flowers arrived at 4pm despite a supposed delivery slot between 10-13. Arrived in the box which was too small for the flowers and the majority of Lilly’s were open and wilted the few that were not are most likely never going to open.No water with the flowers and I imagine it’s been in transit at least 24hours.I really should not have placed an order with this company as my local Aldi do better bouquets and throw away this kind of stock. Not even 30% off…..it is considered rubbish.

They didn't look quite as nice as in the pics but they were nice. It also looks like they might have sent the wrong chocolates, judging by the photo my sister sent me (they were a birthday gift for her) Great value though and delivered on time too. I would purchase from here again for sure

I ordered flowers for a set day, they arrived 3 days later, I ordered one bouquet and I then applied 50% extra to give a full bouquet. The flowers are dreadful and look like a cheap supermarket bunch. In fact the price I paid I could have got two large luxury supermarket bouquets. Zero response from the company. Awful products and awful presentation and by far the most awful company I have purchased from. Avoid completely

I have order from here before many times and have always received great flowers. Not this time, I'm so disappointed, paid for bigger bunch. The picture on the website couldn't be further from what I received. 3 Roses and purple flowers?? False advertising at it's finest, what a scam.

Organised by my daughter in law all the way from Australia! I am so disappointed for her! No water or saturation pouch- petals missing and 3/14 heads already dead! Delivered today for my Birthday tomorrow!

DO NOT ORDER ANY FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED FROM THIS FIRM....UNBELIEVABLE.I paid in full on the Monday and it's Thursday night and still not arrived. For someone before they went away. So plenty of time to deliver. Sent emails and asked but they said it was down to the Royal mail. Not them delivering so the advert they promise is not worth anything. Wish I'd gone else where. Iv asked for a refund but not heard anything yet.Terrible service
