I normally hate gyms but this opened in January and I decided to go for it. Chloe is my PT and she is amazing at what she does! She’s been so supportive and has challenged me so much since beginning a programme with her. She’s very knowledgeable and I love how she tailors each and every session based on the last one and has clear goals for my future. The gym is really nice and even though I go at busy times it’s not that bad. I can always use the equipment I need. The changing rooms are great and I’ve heard the showers are really nice but I’m yet to try. The staff seem really friendly and always willing to help. I’m yet to try any classes or the juice bar but I’m looking forward to!

It was a fantastic gym when it first opened, very reasonable membership fee, great location and good selection of equipment. However now it's cramped even off peak, I go at lunch and you'll be lucky to have any personal space in the changing rooms and good luck getting on the equipment it just feels a little close together and coupled with the low lighting you have to be a bit careful.Memberships are set to increase in January which will effectively double my current fee. Hopefully this will cull the numbers but if not I'll be looking for another gym.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The membership prices are more than reasonable, there's a variety of classes on all week and with three floors there's no lack of equipment. My personal trainer Lauren is amazing, cannot recommend her enough, from our initial assessment to the most recent session she has been an incredible trainer and person. Highly recommend both the gym, and if you want a personalised experienced, Lauren cannot be faulted x

Right now in central Bristol you can't really beat the value here. Has all the equipment you'd need, except something to so landmine presses with, so the wall is going to be in bad shape soon enough ;)Even has an area you can do callisthenics in and a half tyre to throw around.Clean, good music. Chilled out vibe.2 things that I find odd here.. First, no macro or nutritional values on the menu.. I asked how many cals in one of the shakes, they had no idea. This crazy..what serious gym goer is rolling the dice on a mystery shake?Second, serious lack of mirrors. You'll never look as good as your pump, but unless you're bolting to the bathroom after every set for a quick flex, you'll never see it.Also, the staff .. some are friendly but some flat out ignore you.. even if you're stuck at the door or stood on reception waiting for help with something.. feels like young kids that have never been trained on customer service...I've seen the older guy who I assume is the manager, ignore people, so I guess the mentality comes from there.Dumbbells only go to 35kg and plates are not that easy to find during busy times, so this place isn't for serious lifters.Overall it's good value. If this was more money, I'd give it less stars

Worst gym I've ever been to, it felt more like a night club and the changing rooms are tiny. When I cancelled my membership they kept trying to take payment, even threatening passing my details to a debt collection agency. When I sent them my confirmation of cancellation they informed me they don't actually have any contact with debt collectors or the ability to effect my credit score, I guess it was just a scare tactic.

Far too tiny and crowded, not enough free weights, range of weights too limited (max 35kg) and dominated by groups of up to 5 who just mess around on one exercise. Also thoroughly convinced the weights stacks on machines are poorly calibrated or not the right weight, 100kg feels like 50kg

So far so good. Clean and well ventilated. Has everything but often only one copy. For example everybody was waiting for the lateral pulldown machine while it was otherwise basically empty. It's propbably worthwhile to add another one since it's one of the most popular machines. I can imagine the experience being stressful when it's crowded. Near the window it's chilly, so some machines where you use smaller muscle groups should not be near the window imo. Lack mirrors. I like that when I come after staffed hour there is no music. Other gym goers are respectful and quiet. I like the no filming others, no phone call and no dropping weights policy.I shopped around and this is the only one offering one month upfront membership for 40 pounds. I'm travelling so only here for 3 weeks. It works well for my schedule since I can come quite late hopefully when it's less busy, shower, go back to my AirBnB and ready for bed.

I was so nervous starting a new gym and I didn’t have very much confidence with the machines. I’m getting married next year and want to feel my best on the day, so I started having 1-1 PT sessions with Chloe. It has only been four weeks but my confidence has grown so much and I can feel myself getting stronger. Not only is Chloe super friendly, but she challenges me to do my best and is always reassuring. She’s also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and her guide has changed the way that I think about food. Overall Luxe Fitness is a brilliant gym, with great changing rooms, nice showers and an amazing smoothie bar. Would definitely recommend!

Good gym but way too busy after work.Friendly members.Lockers and changing room a little small.Cheap.Cancellation note:Follows a couple of bad patterns on cancellation:1. Can't cancel in app, have to do online, if you can't remember password you have to call them as there is no password reset button.2. Effectively 60 day notice policy as it's 30 days payment in advance with 30 days from cancellation till they won't take payment
