Great place to work at.

I wanted to leave a positive review for Shortridge Dumfries, simply because it is easy to focus on any negative with a service industry and take for granted the positives provided. Do we have a cheap contract for our B&B, is every item of laundry we receive perfect no! But Shortridge correct everything asap, the are very responsive, their staff are very polite and understanding. As a business their overheads must be colossal, so the contract with us isn’t going to be “dirt cheap”. Even the bags of laundry that are collected from us are heavy and I know I’d be exhausted at the end of the day dropping off and collecting bags of laundry!! All in all I’d score them 4.5 out of 5, focus on the positives and recognise the hard work all their employees put in so we can receive a service that we need! From all at Bojangles Guest House.

Great service; flexible and totally reliable.

Back at the factory. Guys and girls. Good. Some things have changed but some have not. Young people leaving which is sad as they where good workers

just keep letting us down no delivery and pick up friday and again no pick of laundry which i am under contract to

Zero flexibility for an established customer. Rubbish compared to our old linen company. Customer service rather lackluster too

Bizarrely no longer want laundry business from private individuals but only from corporate business clients willing to rent their bedding and towels etc in addition to contracting their laundry service
