Completed the Safeguarding training today with Gemma. The course was. very engaging and easy to follow, very interesting! Taken a lot with me from this day of training.

I had the pleasure and the privilege of completing the 'Training 4 Influence Train the Trainer' course earlier this year and I can honestly say it's the best course I have ever attended. For anyone wanting to advance their skills as a training facilitator, and evidence their ability to develop and deliver quality, values-led training - I can't recommend this course more highly. During the training I developed my own course in Active Listening Skills and I am now planning my next course - in the Essentials of Employee Engagement (for leaders & people managers).

Great training experience. It is very long session but made easier by using group work, chat, jam board and regular breaks. Thanks

Amazing course, I thought I was a good trainer and this course has made me excellent.I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking to make a difference with facilitation.Not only have I learnt so much, I’ve made great connections and am really excited for the opportunities this course has provided.

In completing the T4I Train the Trainer course I’ve not only learnt about how to be a better facilitator and how to structure and tailor my own training courses in future, but having a community to be part of and connecting to the people that I've been on the course with has been so impactful.I have come away with new tools and knowledge to be a better facilitator and I've designed my own online course that has been assessed and attended by delegates who have been able to pass on their feedback.I'm now looking forward to branching out as a freelance facilitator armed with the T4I methodology under my belt!

Gemma my trainer was absolutely brilliant. I had Safeguarding awareness training and she was extremely informative and thorough with her explanations.Highly recommend, lovely, friendly, pleasant and very welcoming! :)
