Not only is this salon environmentally friendly, calm, beautiful and welcoming, but the salon owner, Laura, is hands down the best hairdresser I've ever had. She is incredibly generous with her time and advice and cuts beautiful styles which are exactly what you ask for. I'm sadly moving from York in the summer but I will keep coming back here to have my hair done. A rare treasure of a salon - thank you Laura :)

I messaged them on Facebook enquiring about hair updo. They're very accommodating with my enquiry so I went ahead and made the appointment. My hairdresser Victoria is so friendly and makes me at ease. She has done an amazing job on my hair just like what I've requested. Will recommend anyone interested to get a wedding hair updo to come here.

In a city with more hair salons than people, this one stands out for its friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The book swap shelf is a really nice touch. Laura gives great advice and the products are just great. First visit was a pleasure. Looking forward to the next.

I have been wanting to come here for the longest time, but never made it a priority. My hair was in need of some love and Laura gave it exactly that! So impressed with my whole experience, I felt at ease from the moment I walked in! Laura really listened to what I wanted, what I could manage with my curls and daily routine. I love my new hair and I can't wait to come back! Thank you guys!

Laura is by far the best hairdresser I’ve ever been too. She gave me tips and advice for looking after my hair and suggested a long term plan for a treatment to fix my broken hair.This isn’t a hairdressers that will try and get you to pay loads or buy lots of products. But a hairdressers that genuinely CARES about keeping your hair healthy. My mum came to Laura the day after me and loved her just as much as I did! We both will be becoming Dogobees regulars!

I have never been to a hairdressers and been totally happy with the result, until Laura did my hair.She made me feel totally comfortable and trust her. She created the exact color and hair style I wanted, and so effortlessly.Even better that all the products are vegan. I'll never be able to go to another hairdresser again now.
