Great service very fast good price

Good job, good price. But I was told I would get a text at 4pm, which never happened. I went at 4:30 and it hadn't been looked at. He said to call at 10:30, which I did several times across the next 30mins, but there was no answer. I went at about 11 and it had just been done.

I wanted to share with you my recent experience at a bicycle repair shop I visited for the first time. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be very disappointing due to the attitude of the salesperson, who was extremely impolite and aggressive towards customers.I had brought my bike in to repair the pedal, but right from the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the unwelcoming reception from the salesperson. He seemed to have no idea how to address customers properly, and his way of communicating was far from pleasant.As the conversation progressed, his aggression escalated, making my bike repair experience very unpleasant. I sincerely regretted choosing this shop for my repair needs.I wanted to warn you about this situation, as I wouldn't wish anyone to go through a similar experience. I strongly advise you not to visit this shop, as the salesperson might ruin your day with his aggressive and unpleasant attitude. I have never encountered anyone as unpleasant as him in this type of business.It's better to look for another bicycle repair shop that offers a more friendly and professional customer service. Agree with everyone who has left a 1 star review! Having visited several times, the owner clearly has no intention of helping or remotely interested in serving you. Extremely poor customer service, so don’t waste your time visiting. On a Saturday, Announced he is out of stock of everything before I even approached the counter said he couldn’t help me until Monday, Baffling behaviour looks like I’m not the only one who has encountered this.
