Worst experience ever. Honestly, don't know what happens with the delivery companies in Oxford (or UK) but they are incredibly unprofessional and lazy. We have waited at home for a parcel and after few days without any phone call, notice of message we called to know where the parcel was. The answer was that we weren't at home (typical excuse used by every single carrier) and that they did not have our phone so they could not contact us. So, if we do not call and go with our car there, you just keep the parcels in your station and that's it? Not even a single paper saying where to go to collect it? To avoid!

Shirt.I arranged with the automated telephone system to collect my passport.The system tells me that I can collect it between 3pm and 8pm the next working day. So I get there, at 5:30pm , the next working day.The passport section has one employee.He starts work at 6am, so by 5:30pm he has finished for the day, and left.Apparently this happens all the time, i was told, the automated system saying people they can collect between 3 and 8 from a department that closes at 5.So now I have to make a second trip, the next day. ****. Had the system said they closed at 5 I would have not bothered, and my second attempt would have actually been my first.

3 weeks and they are too incompetent to pickup a fully labeled shipment with all the paperwork ready. You really only had one job!! Hopefully this company will default itself out of the market.

Staff at Milton Park, were very helpful, with my urgent parcel, could not deliver so held it for me to pick up, evening tracking down the driver to get it for on the spot.

no help whatsoever next delivery then message for weeks time ?fedex question what's the difference between next day and 7days ,answer nothing in your eye's USELESS.
