I would highly recommend Harris Real Estate to anyone. The branch manager, Julie, talked us through the service we could expect from her team and that was exactly what we received, professional, efficient, excellent customer service and friendly. We received regular contact on viewings and feedback. The team sold our house within 6 weeks. Our property had previously been marketed by another high street agent for over 6 months with very few viewings, hardly any contact and no sale. Well done Harris.

They helped with our house move and also my parents house, after a horrid bereavement. They were efficient and friendly and beyond caring!! I would really recommend them to anyone wanting to move. Julie and Katy especially - thank you!

Honestly, i have never experienced such an easy and efficient move in process. Julie managed to book me in short notice (still with 24 hours notice for the tenant) and was really friendly i immediately got a good feel for the company, likewise Katie was so friendly and chatty, v helpful on the viewing, it bugs me when estate agents seem disinterested when showing you around. Katie was the opposite and knowledgeable on the area. What helped was having the application form link already on the viewing confirmation email - perfect - no need to search websites or ring the office to have to request one.I didn't expect to get the house so was surprised when only a day later my application was accepted and the referencing was completed within the same day. I have worked in a very well known estate agents in the past and it takes weeks to get a viewing, the referencing process was horrendous and lengthy tenants were getting frustrated so this was amazing for a busy professional like me with not a lot of time. I move in on Friday and have received all the necessary documents last night including the inventory which again from experience with other estate agents tenants were not getting their inventories until weeks down the line (if at all). Amazing.Finally only having 2 points of contact who were both lovely was great. Gets so confusing speaking to multiple people. All in all they have been fantastic and I am so excited to move in. The initial checking in process was good, efficient and covered everything it needed to. However, a few months into my tenancy a tenant started becoming threatening and verbally abusive. This letting agency didn't want to know, and just gave poor excuses as to why they won't do anything about it. As long as the rent is coming in they couldn't care less. Yet another greedy letting agent that just takes the money and doesn't care one bit about their tenants. Avoid.

I rented a property from Harris Real Estates for just under two years and it was a joy from the start to the end of the tenancy.Each member of the team was friendly, very helpful and professional. Whenever there was any issue that needed sorting at the house they responded promptly and the matter was fixed within days.Upon moving house I received my full deposit back within a week.I think many letting agencies could learn a great deal from Harris Real Estates about how to be efficient, easy to work with and helpful.(I liked and very much appreciated the fact they haven't teamed up with 'tenant services specialists' who email and state they're helping take the hassle out of moving but do nothing but hassle you with texts and emails.)I highly recommend Harris Real Estates for their straightforwardness, integrity and friendly helpfulness.

Harris Real Estate Services have been brilliant to deal with. We currently live in Australia and for the last 2 -3 years our house has been rented out through them.We have had three new tenants rent our home which David and Julie have managed promptly and perfectly. My partner and I spent a year living in Leeds with Harris Real Estate Services. They were always attentive, understanding, and kind. Our end of tenancy process was the least painful of my life (15 moves so far) - Harris provided us with concise direction on how to leave the property, they were very forgiving with a small extension on our clearing time, and they had our deposit returned to us within two days, the best return time I've ever experienced.Would definitely recommend.

We rented a 2 bed flat from this team for 2.5 years and honestly, after years of experience with absolutely garbage letting agents as a student in Leeds, it was very refreshing to see how these companies actually should be run. Everyone is really nice, punctual and has good communication both in person and digitally. We were lucky and didn't get many problems with the flat, but those that did arise were sorted really quickly and we were kept up to date with progress. When it came to getting our deposit back (usually the true test of a real estate company!), these guys were great, very rational and were amenable to grown up discussions - unlike a lot of letting agents I've used in the past! If we were renting again we would definitely use this team.
