Poorly managed, repeatedly asked for much needed and prescribed anxiety medication for four days and still being told wait another two more days ,should at least be able to get my meds

Total lack of communication between different sections of the center and all other NHS services. Dismissive, uncaring staff who treat patients with a total lack of empathy, make no attempt to understand their patients' situation or needs, and simply want to complete their checklist and get you out of the room with as little time, effort and intervention as possible. They genuinely do not care, even if you tell them that you are likely to harm yourself as soon as you leave. If you disagree with the staff in any way, no matter how politely, they will immediately become rude and confrontational, occasionally even aggressive. The prevailing attitude makes this an incredibly stressful and unpleasant place to be, and causes enormous distress to already suffering patients.There is no help for anyone suffering from mental illness here. The only time they will put effort into your care" is if you have caused harm to or are a risk to another person

Poor quality service with even poorer funding. Some good, caring nursing staff but in general not to be recommended.

Sherborn ward day staff are fantastic and really try to help you.Beechwood staff too busy to help or talk to you, total waste of time, all promises of help from sherborn were out the window when I moved to beechwood, I was discharged into a home without food or running water or even a toilet and extremely suicidal. My advice to everyone is to never ask for professional help anymore, there simply isn't any, trying to get some will make you much worse, not better.

My son is in the Caludon at present I cannot fault the staff working really hard,they face challenging behaviour from some of the clients and are constantly short staffed but still give it their all. Well done all

Absolute discrace one of the wards i have been on recently physically dragged me off the ward and told me im fine even though i explained to them i am feeling activley suicidal
