CSA - Child Support Agency

A very poor service from a government organisation. Now only available to telephone from 8-4 Mon-Fri previously used to be open till 6 weekday and available on a weekend. Repetitive automated service when calling. Also takes ages to answer when you do try and call. When annual calculations are worked out the amounts are incorrect.Also CSA don't seem to care very much for children who live with paying parents.Sort your act out and act fairly for all children!
