Thank god shops like this still exist. Bought all my lighting over the years from here. Popped in today just for a couple of new shades and got the same excellent service, lady even popped new shades onto same lighting to show me how they’d look. Brilliant as usual.

A great lighting shop with lovely products and customer service. The lady running the shop found us the perfect light to match our bedroom accessories. There was a small problem with bulb compatibility but that was sorted out straight away and without fuss. We left the shop very happy and feeling safe with the social distancing measures that were in place.We have already recommended Lighting by Gabrielli to our friend who has just moved house.

Went there a few weeks ago, saw something I liked, and the woman was ok'ish but the big guy there, assume the owner was so so ignorant and arrogant, clearly full of his own importance. It really was appalling Customer Service. It's a shame as the lights I was interested in would have set me back over £500.00 as the stuff they have for sale is awesome, but given his attitude I walked out, so your loss...... He only had to say Morning in return instead of simple turning his back and walking off it would have made the difference.So, if attitude and ignorance don't bother you, then it's lights are amazing and go, if you don't want to be treated as something on a shoe then stay away.

Purchased a selection of lights including two beautiful chandeliers. As we had builders in at the time, we didn't put the chandeliers up until about 5 months after purchase. However, one of the droppers was missing from one of the chandeliers. I phoned Gabrielli and explained what had happened and the lady I spoke to said it was no problem and they actually had that missing part in the store. As we don't live far away I drove there to collect it and there was no extra charge. I really recommend this shop. There's a fantastic selection of lighting and the staff are very helpful and have clearly provided us with excellent customer service.

Superb service. Staff were able to help me choose what I was looking for and answer all my questions about the Kitchen Lighting before I place an order. They were very kind and helpful. The Kitchen Lights were delivered within 24 hours of my order. I am delighted with the product.It has exceeded my expectations and will surely return to Gabrielli again and refer to my friend and family. Well done guys and keep it up

This review relates to a purchase two years ago.Nice array of lights, female there very good, guy came over as arrogant to be fair but that's his problem, if it dosent affect business then fine, I mean, he does own a lighting" business so he's entitled to his attitude.My particular lights eat through halogen bulbs at a fast rate on knots and they are not cheap. Lights are in a room we rarely use so it's confusing why the issue with bulbs

A lovely selection of lights. The lady that served us was very knowledgeable about the stock & was very helpful. She was able to answer any queries we had about the light fitting we chose.Although they don't offer a light fitting service, we were given the name of an electrician that could help.

So many light fittings from wall to ceiling, standard lamps and table lamps. Very helpful staff, good advice given too. All price ranges. Bought 2 light fittings for 2 bedrooms. Will return for further lighting as my property renovations proceed.
