From previous experiences I am not a fan of car dealers however my confidence has been restored by David Ayers at John Ayers car sales Felmingham. In December 2017 I purchased a Peugot 207CC from him and was unfortunate to have a few problems including a major gear box issue. Having made David aware, there was no side stepping the issue it was sorted at his local garage without fuss. The worse part was waiting for the required items to arrive. Anyway all done and I would have no qualms about returning for another car in the future.

David is a nice fella, couldn't be more helpful. Went out of his way to help my son buy his 1st car, and no bull. Once m.o.t. was put on he even opened up at 7 o'clock at night so my boy could pick up the car. 12 month warranty as well. Recommend.

I would never hesitate in buying another car from David Ayers. He was extremely professional and helpful right throughout from choosing a car and for making sure the car was in A1 condition before letting the car go. When i am ready for another car i will definitely be returning to him and i wpuld always recommend him to anyone as I trust him in what he tells me which is unusual in car dealers.

Purchased a 2010 Peugeot 3008 from here around 4 months ago. The two guys that we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and there was no pressure to buy.Following the purchase of the vehicle it did develop a small issue with the wheel bearings causing a loud noise, however the guys here sorted for us with no fuss when contractually they could have told us it's not their problem - wonderful customer service.Would happily buy another vehicle from here.

I received an excellent service, no pressure, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was stress-free and this long-established business, with their tried and tested method of operating inspires great confidence. There is always a good selection of decent vehicles here and my car was prepared to a high standard.

Reluctant to do this but I feel everyone should be allowed to express their view. Bought a car late last year, at first I viewed the car and all seemed fine. However from day one I had issues with the throttle body, brakes and engine, when I took it back to the office I was told not to worry and take it to a local mechanic at North Walsham. Months on the car completely packed up, with the issues that were stated earlier and more. the breakdown was because of the underlying issue with the engine. When it broke I kindly asked if I would receive some help with the repairs as I was in the 6 months legal consumer rights act timeframe. Alas no help only got a bolshy reply and when my mechanic asked he refused to help also. As if that weren't bad enough I paid in cash for the car which I was reassured had full mot but was having another one done so in fact it had 13 months mot..... Alas this was a lie as I'd been sold a car that had just failed its mot. I had not been told this so in short I would advice caution if your considering buying from here, very disappointed......
