Attik have been fantastic with our house sale. From the marketing to managing the sale of the property. We were kept updated every step of the way and the support they gave was first class. Every member of staff were so friendly and professional but Kim was exceptional for us. From the negotiations with our sale to managing the completion process, she really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Attik to others.

We bought our home through Attik.At most stages, communication was excellent and we knew exactly where we were in the process. All messages left were replied to in a timely fashion. However, largely due to the sensitive nature of the vendor's position, the actual transaction took rather too long to complete. This wasn't really the fault of the Attik, but did cause several unnecessary issues for us with the sale of our previous house. This cost us considerable money at our sale end. Otherwise I would have given Attik a 5 star rating. All that said, we are delighted with our new home.

From initial contact to final hand over of our keys, Attik were absolutely amazing. They provided help with everything from de-cluttering to showing our house to its best advantage. Viewings were well managed and regular updates given. Once the sale was agreed we were kept in the loop and never had to wonder where we were at in the whole process.
