Mike is a highly knowledgeable, courteous and professional pest controller. I have used his services twice and have been extremely happy with his work.Recently, Mike visited my house to deal with a small ant infestation. Not only did he focus on the the problem inside my house but he also inspected the entire exterior and applied the necessary sprays and bait gels to prevent ants from gaining entry again. After 24 hours, I didn’t see any more ants in the house. A few weeks later, Mike asked for an update and I was pleased to report that the infestation had been dealt with successfully.Three years ago, Mike did an excellent job of killing some rats in my attic, which had unfortunately entered from my neighbours’ house. Mike conducted a thorough inspection of where the rats had come from, put the poison down and also sealed up any entry points. My neighbours were so impressed by his professionalism that they also hired him to ‘rat proof’ their house. Mike came back to both houses to check on the situation and it was a relief to learn that the rats were no more.Mike’s prices are very reasonable in comparison with other pest controllers. If I have a problem again in the future, I shall definitely be calling Mike!

Mike was happy to have a look at our problem in the loft even though it was a Bank Holiday!Since assessing the problem and providing a solution the noise from the rats have stopped and I have not seen any further evidence of them.Mike is knowledgeable and professional, highly recommended.

The Technician approached the site at the exact time he’ve promised, therefore our builders could arrange their works accordingly. The problem has been solved efficiently, and we were informed about the procedure and any hazards of the task beforehand and afterwards. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with the same issue. Mind you, it was a severe problem at the site.

Simply the best, real professional, tried few different ones didn't help, after Mike treated to my disbelief not a single one showed in a 3 weeks! Highly recommended!

Contacted this company after hearing scratching in the loft. The technician came round within the hour. When he arrived he already had inspected the outside for clues on what it could be and also entry points for any potential rodents/pests. It was clear he was knowledgeable and once he went into the loft, his findings were very much in line with what he suspected to find- mice. He put down bait and i am now 3 to 4 weeks down the line and no more loud scratching or noises from the loft. He was respectful, really appreciate that he put shoe covers on when coming into the house without even asking, these little things are very important. All in all he was in and out withing half an hour to 40 mins. I will definitely use this company again in future if the need arises.
