Tops Bathrooms

Tops Bathrooms replaced my dad’s bath with a walk in shower unit as he was no longer able to use his bath. What a transformation. They were professional, clean and arrived when they said they would. I was apprehensive at first as they were cheaper than the other quotes but they didn’t disappoint. They used quality products and did not try to ‘oversell’ by adding extras. They even reduced our final payment due to the fact that they didn’t need to replace our flooring. I would definitely recommend and use Tops Bathrooms again. Mrs Barr, Giffnock

Just had our bathroom completed and what an amazing jobs that's been done , fantastic workmanship from start to finish Keith couldn't do enough for us to make sure we were 100% happy with the work being carried out. I can't recommend this company highly enough for anyone looking for a makeover if you are then TOPS BATHROOMS is the company you have been looking for . Keep up the great work lads . Thank You

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Poor quality bathroom installed. Shower has leaked from day 1 and no contact regarding repair since money was paid for bathroom. Do not give these cowboys your money.

Most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. Bathroom was a shambles from start.two months later still not completed.now they won't answer there phones.defiantly would not recommended them.

AVOID. Terrible experience. Started my ensuite bathroom on monday 4th february for the rip out, 2 hours work done, then 3 hours on the tuesday. Put the whole job back at that early stage. Work took twice as long as originally quoted. Plumber caused a leak through to my living room ceiling, dean agreed to fix this and arranged a date for this, decorator failed to turn up, no message or call to explain why. Dean appears friendly and approachable but consistently ignores calls or messages when it has nothing to do with money. I stupidly paid dean on the premise he would fix my ceiling and at least send an invoice, still waiting on that. I dont think the plumber completed a full days work once, general start time was 10-11 am. Looking at recent reviews i look to be one of the lucky customers in that my bathroom was actually finished. Caused a lot of upset in the house having a 2 year old son and a heavily pregnant wife. Please avoid tops bathrooms.

Thanks to all the team at tops bathrooms. From the start dealing with David, choosing from their brochure, choosing our tiles and to the installation team, Keith, j and Ryan. The guys worked so hard to the finish, amazing job guys. Once I figure out how to post the pictures I'll add them. 5/5

Agree with the statement of conmen! Did not complete my job which they were paid in full for, refused to give me my keys back so had to get the locks changed.......STAY AWAY, too many people been conned by Kenny and Dean MacDonald!

My wife and I got Tops Bathrooms for our new Bathroom and can only say that the workmanship and professionalism was excellent. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and would hope to employ them in the future.

I had booked in with Tops Bathroom back in November for a job to start in January. After paying my deposit in December I received very little contact from them, and my calls emails would often go unanswered.At the start of January I then noticed that the Facebook page was taken down, but when it reactivated I noticed a lot of recent bad reviews and a lot of fake “good” reviews being left by staff or relations to staff.On top of this, my friend (who was also booked in with Tops Bathrooms), was supposed to have work carried out at the start of December but was left waiting for them to show up; again having many emails and phone calls unanswered with an explanation. (They’re also STILL waiting for their deposit back).At this point I then contacted Citizens Advice Bureaux who informed me that because Tops Bathroom had not provided me a contract cancellation procedure policy, that I was within my right to request for my full deposit to be returned to me without paying any fees or penalties etc.After finally getting a hold of someone via my phone calls and emails, Tops Bathroom agreed to return this to me within 30 days from receipt of the acknowledgment letter. The 30th day has now passed (yesterday) and still no sign of my deposit. I didn’t want to leave this review but I have been left with no choice.I’m now having to take further action to receive my deposit back. They were quick enough to take my money but apparently can’t hand it back. What an absolute joke!!P.s i would gove 0 stars if I could, but apparently 1 is as low as I can give.
