I was doing some early Christmas shopping and Eva was extremely helpful and took time to help me find the candles I was looking for. Helpful staff, well stocked and great presentation too.

Such a unique space, filled with interesting art, food and ceramics. The sandwiches were divine as was the drinks and cakes, we bought a cake box to go too, such great value. Lovely service and friendly owner, we will be back soon x

Found nice polo 29.99 two black marks on collars very prominent so as always you ask and usally get extra 10% off at your own risk cnone refundable. This young manger serving said no sorry no extra off . I said ok ill leave it . Then asked if i had loyalty card i said no he said do you want 1 and ill give you 10% on the t shirt cheeky knob . I had a great time finding treasures in this store on a sunny Saturday, only to find that my bank card randomly put a restriction on spending so I was stuck at the checkout counter not able to pay for the products I bought.Ms. Hannah Astin could not be more patient and helpful during this process (and it was a very long process)! We tried some innovative paying methods splitting up the charge, but the last chunck of payment just couldn't go through.Hannah was not able to do anything else for at least 20 minutes just to help me with this, and in the end, she was so generous to pay for me with her own card so I can finish the transaction and pay her online (which apparently my card managed to do)...I'm very grateful for her help!

I order online as I get overwhelmed with physically visiting shops at times. Easy to order,great delivery and returns are straightforward. Plus there is so much more online that you'd never see in a shop in a small city such as Lancaster. Win win situation.

Always have bargains on well known brands the shop is well organised and the staff are polite and professional enjoyed shopping
