Very friendly from first contact.Accommodating and welcoming.No pressure or pushy sales techniques, Left alone to look over car but also very informative and knowledgeable for every question asked when needed help. Best experience I've had buying anything never mind a vehicle. A genuine person with morals above money. Gave impartial factual information didn't try to cover anything, felt very reassured and confident buying. Brilliant warranty offered as extra reassurance but also confident in his cars and welcomed any issues to come back and will put right. Everything done by the book very trustworthy and professional but also very friendly with a good sense of humour. Goes the extra mile for excellent customer service. Will try to buy all my cars from here in future.I've written this 4 months in to owning car and no issues at all, brilliant purchase and confident that if I did I could go back.Absolutely brilliant!!!!!

Having bought a car for our daughter yesterday from Steve and the team, I can only reiterate all the positive comments from previous reviews.Communication was brilliant. Steve is knowledgeable, non-pushy and totally genuine, and I truly believe he really cares about providing good quality cars and a great service.Many other car dealers could learn a massive amount from BMC. I would not hesitate to recommend them

After a few family members bought cars from BMC I thought local business why not.Ive been to many garages looking for a new car, put off as usually get some car sales person wanting to give the hard sell.I Picked up my new car yesterday from BMC. I cannot rate the guys enough so genuine, highly recommended. Great selection of cars.

I found a really lovely car on Autotrader and went with my dad and girlfriend to look at it. It looked excellent but I wasn't too knowledgeable and a little nervous as it was my first car.Steve was really friendly from the very start and put me at ease instantly. He spoke to me about the car and its history when it came in to them and showed me everything that had been sorted. He was very genuine and just wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and it was such a pleasant experience.The car is incredible and they did such an amazing job making sure it was completely clean and running before purchase.And before I left with the car Steve went out of his way to show me the controls of the car to make it easier for my first drive!Thank you so much Steve for all your help! I would 100% recommend both the company and Steve to anybody.

I have left it a few weeks after purchasing my vehicle to write this review, which given they know my personal history, I hope Ben and Steve will forgive me for.I came to Bidford after being horrifically screwed over by another garage, who essentially sold me a death trap of a vehicle. I was pointed in their direction by a local mechanic, who assessed said death trap and told me he'd trust them any day.As I am self employed and my business involves daily commutes to clients houses, I needed a car quickly. I needed a larger vehicle due to having children and dogs, so decided on a Ford C-Max. From the offset Ben was very professional, with a no pressure approach. I think we must have rung him close to thirty times over 24 hours and he was always happy to speak to me, answer questions and update me on where we were at. My new car needed valeting and a couple of bits done before they handed it over, so they gave me a courtesy car free of charge to tide me over for the few days it would take.A week after having the C-max it became clear the air con had a leak as it had been re-gassed prior to me collecting the car. I rang Bidford and spoke to Steve who was wonderful and booked it in a few days later to have the part replaced, again, giving me a courtesy car to cover the day it was in for.I genuinely can't rate them highly enough. Absolute first class service, but because they're local, it very much has that small business charm and personal touch. I love the C-Max, it drives buttery smooth and the air con is now working perfectly. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else in future! Thank you both so so much.
