Always a great service my son doesnt like to go anywhere else. Ways looks so fresh after having his cut. There really good with all their customers and you can ow book in advance. Great prices too.

Been going here for years, located in the local centre at Furzton shops its really easy to park and acess. Barbers are all amazing at their craft and customer focused. Either book by appointment or walk in, prices are also very reasonable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been a few times. They do a good job for just £10. Staff are down to earth. In comparison, places like Supercuts charge about £17 and do a pitiful job. Essential Barbers gets high demand (expected) which makes it hard for the staff to accommodate. My only qualm is that it can result in wasting time and money trying to get there only for the door to be locked.

First time I had been to Essential Barbers! Received great customer services! Friendly and talkative staff members! As for the haircut itself, they were efficient and skilled when it came to styling and cutting my hair! Great pricing! The barbers also stays open for an extra hour on a Thursday! The normal closing time is 6 but they stay open to 7 on a Thursday which is great for the people who come out of work late and fancy or are in need of a fresh trim! Would go and get my hair cut here again! Highly recommended! I feel fresh and smart!

Very good Barbers, polite and well presented. Had my hair cut by Daine, very friendly, chatty and did a very good job with my hair cut. I suffer with Scalp Psoriasis and often a trip the hair dressers can be overwhelming though Diane didn't flutter an eye lid. Also reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

As others have said, their biggest problem here is the waiting times. I’ve actually walked away from here more times than I’ve had my hair cut as the wait would have been an hour plus. I know some have suggested that the cheap price is the cause, but this could easily be mitigated by having a full team of staff on during peak times. Often, it’s just one or two, which can’t be very nice for them and surely puts the emphasis on quantity over quality - especially near lunch and closing times. In saying all of that, on the rare occasion that it’s not so been busy and I have got a cut, the quality has been first class and a bargain considering the cost.

£10 for a standard haircut is good value for money considering the effort that is put in. However in the surrounding area of Milton Keynes I think you’d be hard pressed to find a place offering the same value for money.The only issue I have with this place is the long waiting times if you go during peak hours such as on weekends; which can mean >30 minute wait.If they can improve on waiting times significantly then I would be very happy to come here regularly.Pro: good value for a haircutLocalGood customer serviceCon: waiting times can be >30 minutes

Now only bookings. Regardless of when you arrive people after will get priority if they know the barber. Really bad attitude to retaining customers. Cut was poor. Will not be visiting again.
