Staff have been nothing but helpful and have lots of experience with a range of different weapons that are sold in the shop. The guns themselves are high quality and I love being able to handle what I will buy. Would 100% reccomend

Airsoft Direct is an excellent shop, with absolutely everything you could want for airsoft gaming. They have a fantastic range of camo clothing, protective gear, and a huge range of Guns. The friendly staff are very knowledgeable and give good advice for beginners or experts.

Ordered a pre order Tm Breacher at the end Jan 23, received it approximately a month later, All good.It immediately had a fault so I tried to contact them via email,telephone & Facebook messenger.Replies were non existent for a few months, eventually got through on the phone,returned and waited months for a replacement which never arrived.Come Oct 23 I feared I would never see a replacement I phoned 22 times eventually speaking to someone, they agreed to send me a rif of similar value which arrived swiftly.Overall 150+ calls, some of which I was holding 30+ minutes in a non existent que,15-20 emails and 10 messages over the year,got through to a person 3 times.A disgrace of a businessI've got All the emails and screenshots of call logs as I was going to do a credit card claim as a last resort.

Paid extra for the 1-5 day delivery on the website on the 25th of august, and it wasn’t shipped until I followed it up on the 6th of September. Once it was dispatched it arrived next day. After unboxing it, I find that the paint is awful and the charging handle is locked in place, which for the system I bought is vital. Upon emailing the company, no attempt at a an email back was made to help sort the issue out and we have resorted to calling them to which we were met with them putting the phone down and further waiting on hold for 1.5 hours +. Customer service is a big issue and also the fact that the gun came faulty. Don’t order if you value customer service. Only not 1 star because of how quick the delivery was once I had to follow it up.

The most dreadful encounter I've had involved a delay of about 6 weeks by the company in delivering the items I had purchased. To add to the frustration, they even sent items in different colors, explaining that if I wanted the originally selected colors, it would entail an even longer wait. Throughout the initial 4 weeks, there was a complete lack of communication, as they did not respond to emails or messages. I have decided to never engage with this company again, and I strongly advise against others doing so as well.Can't given less than one star....

Unfortunately the pre-order that I made was first stopped in customs (ok somewhat out of their control). But once through customs it was lost with the courier and at no point during just over a weeks period and multiple calls were they able to give me an update on when it would arrive (or if it would) and couldn’t provide a satisfactory answer as to what was next. Slight disconnection between the dots. The refund I requested was dealt with quickly and properly so that is a positive.

Placed an order with them, was mean to arrive within 5 days and it's now been 3 weeks. I tried ringing them, emailing them and got no response at all, then messaged them on Facebook and told I would get a refund. It's not been 2 weeks since my refund was being processed" and they're ignoring all of my messages and no refund or package received. Do not order from this company

Great shop! It has everything you’d need and they’re always happy to try order things in for you. they always have new stock to see. All the staff are lovely and super knowledgeable! They’re always happy to help or just have a chat! Highly recommended.

My son bought a small keyring replica kit at the airsoft show with his hard earned pocket money, but when we got home, we realised there were a few parts missing. Airsoft Direct said they would sort it out for him - 2 months later still waiting and emails being ignored. Definitely somewhere I won't be buying any airsoft gear from any time soon.

Ethan and Ollie were super helpful and know their stuff. great place highly recommend!
