My only criticism is there is no tea/coffee making facilities on offer.

Good experience with windscreen chip repair. Booking process was straightforward, staff were courteous, and Alex did a good job of reducing the visibility of the chip

Kept moving appointment to fit at home. Issues with recalibrating which forced me to attend the site in Bristol.After agreeing time to attend in person they missed the slots and kept me waiting for 1.30hr .

Useless. They ordered the wrong part, rather than apologise they then blamed me. Extremely rude staff, can see why they are locked away in an office and not customer facing.

Really friendly staff. Took some time to find a price for a privacy window to replace but a colleague was able to identify if my windscreen was repaired before or not. Good service and recommend for quick job turn around and reasonable pricing

Avoid! SCAMMERS !This is the worst company ever! I have never met such arrogant and disrespectful people in my life.Somehow they have managed to break few things in my car while changing the windscreen. When I went back to the garage after few minutes to ask technican why I have those errors, he gave me lots of attitude like why I even came back there and said that I need to go to the mechanic to fix it... Like what?!When I made a formal complaint, I was told by phone that they will check cameras to see what technican was doing with my car. How surprised i was when after few days they denied having CCTV in the garage. As a respond to my complaint, they said that my car is old and those errors are a coincidence, as they only replaced the windscreen.What is more, when i went there they showed me as a proof a pre-video, and there was no end-video, which was the most significant in my case. When asked at what time and when they took this video, they said there is no such information they can give me.. When i was asking too many questions, as everything they were saying was just not right and after technican lied about everything in front of his supervisor i was asked to leave as the conversation was over.... They dont take any responsibily for what they did "..You dont speak like that with your customers...Before they even started doing anything with my car i had a phone call from they technican asking how to start the car.. I am speechless. How they can even be open at this point. When the technican doesnt know how to start the car. Like

Once you can be fitted in, they are great!They kindly let me leave my van with them for a few days, ensuring its security and this definitely gave me one less thing to worry about.My only criticism is it was a very convoluted process trying to contact my local branch in order to find out what was happening. In my case the glass did not arrive till the day after the proposed repair date and I was not aware of this. A phonecall or email to update me would have saved me stress and time.However I appreciate this is a systemic issue, but perhaps something to consider changing and making more customer friendly?

Bad service. I had an appointment and left them a message on their online system that my windscreen its hud one to make sure they order the right one. I received no text messages about my appointment at all and only found out as i was logging on their website to check other detaila. They booked me a new appointment but was cancelled as they couldnt source the windscreen for me. When they actually got it they booked me an appointment over the phone for 3. But then at 1 30 i received a call about my appointment being at 1 30 and i was late! I came over as soon as i could and they told me i was late! No sms received for the second time either. Their system is wrong and kept wasting my time. Not recommend at all.

I got a quote for a price then I called them because that was the best price. They said on the phone they will call me back from a different branch then I can book it in. After two days I haven't received any calls, so I called them again. They said the same but I asked for the branch number at this time. Nobody called me again, so I called the branch. They said no problem they can book me in but the surprise came when I received a new price, it was much higher than the one I got before. So I made another phone call to complain and ask for the original price, but the advisor and her supervisor told me they can't help me, that's their price now, do I still need it or not.I told her it's not acceptable, but she didn't seem to care and told me that's the price now. they wasted my time for over a week because they never called me back and massively raised the price.That was a very bad experience and I want to share it with the public.
