have just had a winterhalter mtf flight type machine fitted, running good so far. just wanted to thank you for the quick and flawless installation and removal of my old machine. your team were nothing short of amazing, communication throughout the entire process of quote to order to delivery then install was constant. i cannot fault any part of the install. my guys are so happy to have a functioning efficient and silent machine. a big thank you to Douglas and his team.

The Machines are great when installed and so were the team who kept attending site until we were getting near perfect results with washing.However, when I had an issue, the customer service was amongst the worst I have ever experienced. 5 months after the initial call out my machine is still not usable. I have regularly called and emailed, with no response.I am regularly promised a call back which don't materialise, and I am now looking at purchasing a new machine from a different company.On top of this they have sent me invoices exceeding £1700 for a job that hasn't been completed.It’s a shame as on install it was great, but as per the rest of the reviews from glassware hire companies I would recommend you stay away from this company.

Purchased two dishwashers from them and asked to have a service call out. Have been informed it is £110 plus Vat for an appointment slot/call out. Then on top they charge £90 plus Vat for every hour and it takes a minimum of 1 hour per dishwasher. That is £290 Plus Vat, when all I asked for was an engineer to come out and inspect both machines as both have broken down!!!!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Parts are extra cost of course...I wonder if they will revert with the same old copy and paste response we can all see below to raise with their customer service team. Why direct us to the people that are giving us the terrible service?!

We had a brand new pass-thru dishwasher and glasswash from them in March last year. We have had to call them out over 15 times in that time. Last week both broke on the same day and we waited four days for an engineer. In total we have been without the use of them for three weeks, in a restaurant that can see 500 covers a day. Awful product, awful service. Pick another company for your dishwashing needs. Please!Update - 1 year later. Still bloody awful, still having to have a call-out every couple of months or so. Never, ever, EVER consider these machines. Use Sammic. Less expensive and do the job which, lets be honest, is all you want them to do.

Do not use to fix / service your machines. We called out for a Classeq D400 as the pump was struggling (machine still worked). Engineer first said he'd never taken apart one of these machines before and then took 193 minutes (3.5 hours) to replace the drainage pump, at a cost of £500 + VAT.

Joke of a Company won't come service my glasswasher until they have work in the area have been waiting six months since i first contacted them. Machine not working right but they dont seem to care after spending 7000 on the machine. Will be seeking legal advice for sure. Read reviews before you buy machine !!!!!

Absolute nonsense service department. I will never purchase one of their machines again. You spend more money in 3 years guaranteed fixing the machine than how much it costs to purchase and install it. Also they take the call out charge of £180 plus VAT then engineer comes and diagnoses the issue. They do not tell you in advance but they will want all the money upfront before doing any repairs. Otherwise they threaten to leave without fixing the issue so you have to pay again to have them come back. They are at my restaurant now asking for £850 to repair a pump and my accounts department is closed on the weekend so the engineer has been told not to carry out the work. You can appreciate this is of great detriment and costly to my business to not having a working dishwasher, but the company does not care. I wish I could give them a zero. STAY AWAY from this company, trust me! Do your research before getting tied in with them.

SHOCKING - AVOID AT ALL COSTSTerrible from start to still ongoing. Sent me a faulty machine with bare wires that could have burnt my new restaurant down. Then sent engineer but took £150 before sending anyone, didn't get that money back for over a week. Once the engineer came out he bodged the repair so now the front of the machine isn't sealed properly. Essentially paid over thousand pound for a faulty machine, now they keep telling me Paul will call me but he never has, when I chase in the office he always has a day off.HONESTLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY ARE AWFUL

Promised service engineer within 24 to 48 hours to repair dishwasher under warranty - guess what 2 days later no engineer

Horrendous customer service and untrained 'engineers'. Had to recall them 7 or 8 times for the same job as they had no idea what they were doing. In the end they charged us 3 times for the same lousy repair and stated that it was different things we called them for. Absolute shambles and there is no one else you can call to fix a ClassEQ machine in this country. Should have just bought a new dishwasher, same money less hassle.STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!
