I would highly recommend Antony. From day one I have been incredibly impressed with his professionalism, skill, transparency, support and willingness to go above and beyond. I approached Antony with the ambition of achieving planning permission on my front garden for an additional dwelling which would be the springboard to starting my own property development business. Antony has not only helped me achieve planning first time (in a conservation area), but has also allowed me to visit the home he was having built, has connected me with a builder to complete the project, and has willingly shared fundamental knowledge for which I am very grateful. Initially I hadn’t realised all the services Antony offers and connections he has, but he has done everything from initial build design, planning application package drafting and submission, technical drawings, discharge of pre-commencement conditions and land registry drawings. However, there is no ‘hard sell’ and he will support as much/little is required. Despite being incredibly busy, Antony has always delivered fantastic quality outputs either on or ahead of schedule. His obvious passion for architecture and property is fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

I've used AJS for my last 2 planning applications and found the whole process well managed and straight forward. Anthony has a good grasp of the planning system and seems to have a great rapport with the local planners. His house plans and designs have always made best use of the plot and the houses have always sold instantly. I couldn't recommend AJS enough. A well deserved 5 stars.
