Was emailed a job opportunity I then tried to speak with a member of staff for details of the job unfortunately I was a bit late in getting back however when I’m came to chase the “job opportunity” up again I called eleven times in three hours only to be told that there was no work available. Don’t tell people there are job opportunities if there is no work available and especially when I know what a confirmation email looks like.

Cowboy Company!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!Absolute joke of an agency only have their best interests at heart. Extremely poor management and also rude to talk to on the phone, not a single brain cell between the lot of them. They sent me to a job claiming it was ongoing work etc.. to arrive and be told it was literally only for a couple days and that the agency was told this so they tell you what you want to hear to just to quickly fill the gap. The short time I worked with them, I always had problems with my pay!! Not once was it correct and always had some excuse for it to.Don’t waste your time with this bandit agency.

Encore - TelfordI would personally say that's the best agency I have ever worked for and iv worked for many many year's on numerous assignments-flt-yards man-Warehouse- Press OpWas with them for more than 15yrs but due to relocation from Telford to Liverpool and them not having a branch near me iv had to leave them.Would highly recommend -5*They should seriously look into opening a Branch out here and show these guys round here how it's done(seriously!)Appreciate everything they all done for me.Thanks guys
