This was my second visit to this branch. A lot quieter than my first visit, but as always staff were friendly, food was decent and place was clean.

The shop is just fine. I waited in the queue for a long time and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my stuff. The shop was very clean and the tables were super neat. Customer service was also fine.

I have been eating at this centre before now. Ordered some chicken wings today and it wasn’t well cooked as the inner part tasted slightly raw. I had to smell it and it indeed smelled raw. Complained and they sawed one in two just to show me it was well cooked as the bone wasn’t red, as would have been the case if it wasn’t well cooked. I am now forced to take it home to recook it. It was meant to be my lunch.Not sure I’m going back for chicken wings anytime soon. Disappointed really. That’s my £7.99 gone.

Chickens taste quite salty and small portion. Coleslaw and mesh not impressed me. No free sauce provided.So, it’s a bit pricey compared to quality.

Food was good, and usually is.I feel the tables can be cleaner.As far as atmosphere - There is never any atmosphere. People order then eat snd generally mind theyre own business.

You can see that my fillet tower was made with love, hours before it was in front of me. No-way this was freshly made but hey, still tasted pretty good. Pricing confused me. Says 6.99 on the posted, got charged 8.39?

Absolutely disgusting. Every table upstairs and downstairs either covered in chunks of food or KFC buckets, boxes, drinks cartons etc. Filthy throughout despite five workers and the manager standing around doing nothing behind the serving counter. What is it with KFC - do they have an in-house competition to see which branch is the most disgusting? Tell you what, they're all having a right good go at winning.

Restaurant very dirty from the mats at the front door to the grease up the walls at the seating area. Food awful greasy chicken stodgy chips. Customer service very poor, I've had KFC from dozens of shops this is the worst. Save your money go to burger King
