Helen has been amazing and very supportive with our dogs and their nervous behaviour towards other dogs. Helen took the time to get to know our dogs and understand their situation and then with 121 sessions and positive reinforcement techniques she assisted us to implement these techniques with positive outcomes.Helen is patient and professional with both humans and dogs and it is amazing to watch the dogs respond to her in such a positive and fun manner. I can’t recommend Helen highly enough. She’s a very warm and kind miracle worker. We worked with her over Zoom to smooth the relationship between our new puppy and our two 2-year-old cats. By following Helen’s very sensible and straightforward advice, we are now in a situation I really never thought was possible. We’ve gone from a campaign of puppy cat-harassment, complete with hissing, scratching and fluffed-up tails, to a chilled out household where you may even occasionally find a cat snuggled up grooming the puppy. Helen is brilliant!

Highly recommended by myself and my dog! Helen has helped enormously with an anxious dog who was barking at every dog she saw and a some humans too. Helen was very responsive, informative and reassuring and provided immediate telephone advice when I needed it. She then came to visit us and put together a bespoke training package which is really helping - dog walks are enjoyable again rather than stressful .

I can't recommend Helen enough! We worked together on Zoom recently with my four year old rescue adjust to life as a family dog as our son progressed from immobile newborn, to crawler, to toddler on the rampage. Helen gave us practical (and effective) solutions to manage life with a dog and a toddler that have made life so much easier and help our dog and toddler interact in a way I know is safe and enjoyable for them both. On top of this, she has given me a wholly new relationship with a dog who had had a terrible start in life and still struggled sometimes. I never realised how smart my dog was, or how willing to to work with me, how positive and optimistic she could be. So in short - Helen gave us solutions for effective behavioural change and a better understanding of the doggy brain. So a win-win!

As first time puppy parents it was quite a steep learning curve for us and Helen was an absolute godsend! We first met her through a 1-2-1 session where she helped us understand a lot about the basics of dog behaviour and ways to manage and train our pup better - complete with detailed notes and things to follow. We also enrolled for her 7 week Puppy life skills classes and again all the hands on training gave us so much more confidence to become better pet parents. This journey would have been very different for us had it not been for Helen's help and advice. Helen is not just approachable but very knowledgeable about dog behaviour issues and always helps understand things scientifically. Would recommend her strongly to any dog owner - new or not!
