I ordered my new motabilty vehicle through Park’s in Ayr,Graham Payne made the whole process so easy as he was very friendly and he let me know every step even when I had to wait for my vehicle to come from the manufacturer.

The service from parks Renault was incredible and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I had the pleasure of being dealt with by Carrick hall and all I can say is that he was amazing to deal with. He made the whole transaction easy and hassle free from sending me a video of the vehicle explaining everything to getting the vehicle prepared for me to pick up in a very quick time scale, he put the vehicle through a new m.o.t and service and answered all my questions with out hesitation in a professional manner. We travelled from Cornwall after speaking to Carrick and was not disappointed as the van was how he described it.

Iv always had good service & support at Parks Ayr, this will now be my 5th purchase at this branch Steven has been my sales executive now for a couple of years & Dale before him. Steven listens to what i am looking for and the monthly cost and works hard to find me the best deals & options, hes not pushy & is straight talking which i like as i find being a girl sales men try to baffle you. He keeps in touch all the way through from enquiry to sale and then a check up, i even took my son into meet him as he was looking for advice on his car.

1st class customer service from Chris Robinson. He always gave us great advice knowing we were nervous changing from Ford after many years! Even when we decided 2 weeks before delivery date to change the colour he was so patient with us. We were delighted with the service and will be repeat customers!

Graham provided a first class level of service. Nothing was too much and he made sure we were kept up to date with the progress of our vehicle

Back to our old car dealer after a break using others AC. Graham from sales was excellent at Parks Renault Ayr. From start to finish great service and no pressure to buy also very knowledgeable on car specifications. And yes we traded our old car and bought another. Would highly recommend using this car dealership.
