Mulligan's Meadow Cattery

Very clean cattery and ample room....However, very poor customer service - very hard to get hold of unless you leave a voicemail. No email address. Lady generally very abrasive and impatient. Having moved to the area recently, we will certainly be looking elsewhere. Disappointing, as there is real potential to be first class!

My gorgeous cat stayed here last summer (2016) for 2 weeks and she seemed very happy and healthy when I collected her. The lady is very loving towards the cats and even asks what type of affection they like so she can do this while you're on holiday. Every detail is asked to make the cat's stay as happy as possible, she lets you bring all their home comforts and even asked whether they eat from a bowl or a saucer! Every detail is accommodated.My cat is staying again next week for 7 nights and I have no reservations at all.Lovely to have somewhere local to take my cat that's so happy for her.

Very clean and caring cattery, We have used the facilities a few times now are really happy with it. And more important our cat seems totally relaxed and content, what more could we ask for.

My wife and I have never left our British Blue cat Sergei who is 10 years old in a boarding facility ever. We have been too nervous to leave him. We made the decision to book a huge family holiday and therefore had to ensure we found a safe and happy environment for him. We did the normal thing and went to look at as many places as we could. Nothing matched up to our expectations as much as Mulligans did. We were not disappointed at all. Jenny is fantastic and is very thorough. She is straight talking and that is exactly how it should be. She asks lots of questions and that is the one thing we absolutely loved about her as it showed she was completely caring and thorough with our fur baby.We have already made another booking to accommodate Sergei for a business trip.We highly recommend Mulligans and are confident Sergei is totally cared for while we are away. We were so pleased to have rediscovered Jenny and this Cattery. Our elderly cat has a health issue and was looked after perfectly, thank you. She obviously was very happy there and we will definitely be coming back

Spotlessly clean and lovely spacious cabins for the cats. Our cat is happy to be home but it was lovely to know that she was safe and well looked after whilst we were away.

Would recommend this Cattery our 13-year-old cat came home happy and in a good routine 10/10 from me

Very disappointed on enquiry that this Cattery does not take Bengal cats - it’s a shame they don’t state this on the website to save wasting people’s time.

I spoke to owner prior to wanting a viewing, it wasn't a pleasant phone call. The lady grilled me on my requirements and my cat, yet at this point I still just wanted a viewing. It was as if she didn't want my business. I was under the impression that if I liked the cattery and decided to send my cat there, then she could ask me questions later!! She told me that if I had certain breeds of cats, she wouldn't take them! So when I went for the viewing, she was rude to me, she had no cats there, I took this as a bad sign, it was the end of June, therefore in high season. Needless to say my cat will not be going here.

We have taken both our cats to this cattery in the last year and I have to say how clean and well kept the cattery is. We actually travel from Bristol to use this cattery as our cats seemed so much happier here. The owner is lovely and has the cats best interests to heart. Keep up the good work your doing an amazing job. I Highly recommend this cattery :-)
