Southbourne Park Garage

I have used this garage since living in Christchurch and the guys have been brilliant, reasonably priced and always helpful. I recently I needed an urgent repair just before a long journey and they did their best to get me in so I could get on holiday with the children safely.

Colebrook and Sons Ltd is an independant local Car Sales dealership in the Southbourne area of Bournemouth. I have used this garage now for the last four years for full and part services. They provide an excellent service and are competitively priced. Communication is also excellent. My annual service is done in December prior to the MOT which they also carry out. Today, I drove up there to ask if they could check tyres, oil top up anything that was required as I am driving a long distance soon. Having shunted the cars around, mine was taken in, fully checked, levels topped etc...when I asked how much, I was told..oh its free!! I didn't think I could praise them any more, but this took their customer service to a whole new level. If you're looking for a garage that upholds good old fashioned values, politeness and friendliness, with modern technology, look no further...but be sure to book in advance as this sort of service is no longer found in many places. Thank you Southbourne Garage, you definitely deserve your 5 star rating !!

Brilliant garage, polite and informative, work completed to a high standard every time, I trust them with all my vehicles year in year out.

Excellent garage and can't rate highly enough. Extremely helpful, friendly and honest. They were even able to help me the same day with a minor problem with my car and had it sorted in no time. Absolute lifesavers, as I had a long drive to do the next day.

Booked car in for brake pads at 08:30 and was done by 14.00 Called me to let me know how many needed replacing and rough cost.Even fitted m ein for a MOT at same time. Very good service and really reasonable prices. Great to have such a good local garage close by. Thanks
