My GT5000 stopped working so I called Optoma in Watford who wanted Handling fee, admin fee, bulb price plus vat and had to get it booked in.I called this company who saw me the same day and changed the bulb and gave it a once over/clean and ready for collecting the next day..Very honest and genuine company. Definitely recommend them..
