Really good service.Main jewellery shops wanted to send my kinetic watch away at a charge of £200.These guys said it didnt need a full stop down and fitted a new capacitor for £45

Very helpful here, can fix any watch but any serious work maybe needed to send away. I bought a really inexpensive watch, as it was for my son I asked if he could put extra holes in the strap, so I know it fit him as he has very small wrists with no extra cost. Lovely packaging too.

Meadowhall Sheffield. Avoid, the lady we met this evening was horrible. No respect for your items and talks to customers like an inconvenience. Total disgrace we were left shocked after only asking for a price to put a new battery in my watch.

This pleasant and most helpful young man has just helped me restore my old but dearly loved Gucci watch to an excellent standard and at a very competitive price too. Fantastic, they were able to mend my watch strap. Took five minutes and they did not charge me. Previous watch repair shop told me they could not do anything with and it and it would have to go back to original Jeweller's and possibly have a new strap. I can wear my watch again.

Excellent service here. Had the stem of my mechanical watch repaired after it came loose. It was repaired within an hour and the charge was very reasonable. Very good service with advice on what was wrong and how I should care for the watch. Would highly recommend
